Authenticity: We only sell authentic merchandise. All items are guaranteed brand new, unless otherwise noted. We take pride in selling the best quality merchandise on our webstore or on eBay and offer a DOUBLE MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE on authenticity.
A Good Deal: We offer our products at up to 90% off the retail price. Most of the times we will have several items of the same style but each listing will be independent and for each item we will offer the lowest price available.
Our Products: All products sold are new with tags. We purchase our merchandise directly from the distributor but in some cases, the merchandise that we purchase has been returned to the distributor by major department stores and will show signs of customer handling such as: Loose ends, small snags/runs/fixable seam separations, surface dirt/make up that will come off easily if washed or dry cleaned.
Return Policy: For items purchased through our auction system, all sales are final, we sell our products at up to 90% off retail price and we cannot afford to offer the same service as boutiques that sell at full retail price. However, if an item displays a major flaw and it was not mentioned on the listing, you may contact our customer service department and your item will be exchanged or an arrangement for compensation will be offered.
We offer a return service for items purchased through our ‘buy it now’ and ‘fixed price’ systems. For a return, you must contact our customer service department within 7 days of receiving the item.
Tax: By law we are required to collect sales tax for items shipped to addresses in California. CA Sales Tax is 9.25% of the winning bid price.
Size Chart
The measurements below is a standard BCBG & Herve Leger size chart, measurements is provided for your rough guidelines. Bust, waist & hip must be measured on an UNCLOTHED BODY. Hip measurements is measured at the widest point (8 to 9 inches below waistline). Sweaters and tops are very close fitting. Jackets and coats run true to size and are slim fitting. Dress fit varies on cut.
Shipping Information
The buyer will pay a fixed fee for shipping and handling as stated. Shipping for outside the United States is extra, please note that all orders will be shipped as commercial merchandise and be advised that the international buyer is responsible for any taxes that may be incurred during customs.
All orders will be shipped within one business day after payment is confirmed. We also do EXPRESS/OVERNIGHT shipping upon request, please email for express/overnight shipping charges. Pick up is not available, no exception.

Payment Information
You will receive an email with payment instructions. All payments must be received within 7 days after the auction ended. We accept online payments (credit cards) through Paypal only.
You can checkout right away to immediately proceed with the checkout and payment process. Simply follow the instructions in the automated e-mail to complete your purchase and finalize your payment method.
Check-Out Later (Still Shopping): We do combine shipping with items won from our other auctions. Combined shipping is only valid with other purchases within 7 days of the first item purchased and by using a single check out / payment. We will automatically send you an e-mail after each purchase. Our message will contain a link to our simple checkout system. Simply follow the instructions in the last e-mail you receive to complete your purchase and finalize your payment method.
